Privacy notice
How Praeco handles data: no cookies, no tracking, only what the search needs.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Luca Montanari, Italy. Contact: praeco@hopholm.com.
What we process
The trade and the countries you choose, which identify nobody. We keep the result of a search in the server cache for one hour, so that the same search does not ask TED again.
Your IP address, only in the server memory and only to limit the number of searches in a short time. We do not store it.
The technical logs of Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which protect the site from attacks.
Why
To run the search you ask for and to protect the service from abuse: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
What we do not do
No cookies, no statistics tools, no advertising, no profiling. Praeco serves its own fonts: your browser does not contact Google or other third parties.
Who else sees the data
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site as our processor and may process data in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Our server sends the search to TED, run by the Publications Office of the European Union, without your IP address.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion and restriction, and you can object, by writing to praeco@hopholm.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
