The service
Praeco shows for free the public tenders published on TED, filtered by trade and country.
The data
The data come from TED (Tenders Electronic Daily), © European Union, and may be reused provided the source is acknowledged. Praeco shows them as TED publishes them and does not guarantee that they are complete or correct: the official notice always prevails.
No advice
Praeco does not give legal advice or advice on tenders.
Fair use
Do not use Praeco to download data in bulk: TED offers the full data for free. We limit the number of searches per person.
Liability
The service is free and provided as it is. Within the limits of the law, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of what Praeco shows. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.
Applicable law
These terms follow Italian law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rules of your country of residence also apply.
